"What did you learn today?" my daddy asked.
Well.. today I learnt what date rape is, and how 95% of sexual assaults are performed by guys WHO YOU KNOW AND TRUST, and how do DEFEND YOURSELF against tough situations such as "getting pinned to the wall by some guy and he's reaching for your Levis" or "while you guys are getting all lovey and cuddly in a car outside your house and he.." eh yes. That CIA sex agent (ok that sounds really bad but anyways) had a habit of repeating these scenarios over and over again so after like the 9340934th time it's just drilled into your brain.
Afterwards we got some booklet about definitions of sexual assault, indecent assault, sexual harrassment, and then HEY! *turns to the back*
DEFENSIVE STRIKES EYES
- Outstretched fingers - Grip face with thumb and little finger - Three remaining fingers gouge eyes (yuck the thought of sticking my fingers into something relaly goo-ey isn't exactly an ideal start to my day) NOSE - Strike direct from shoulder -Hand like "Cat's Paw" - Contact tip of nose with "heel" of palm THROAT - Make correct fist: thumb folded over index finger - Keep wrist straight - Punch through target area (Adams Apple) GROIN - Strike with thigh - Pull offender toward you as you project weight up and slightly forward FEET - Drive leg down from "Groin Strike" position - Strike bridge of offender's foot with your heel FINISH COMBINATION IN STRONG DEFENSIVE STANCE ON COMMAND OF "NO"--
Well apparently you have to repeat this routine for 21 days everyday, once in the morning and once at night while standing infront of a mirror if possible. And execute sequence as you name each strike - EYES, NOSE, THROAT, GROIN, FEET, NO! 10-12 times.

Yup that's my Taichi routine for you.
We then went to the OXYGEN FACTORY spoken by Glen who was so good ! It was such an inspirational presentation, and at the end I told him so and shook his hand. =))
The sausage sizzzzzle was nice too and I went back for extra bread. Well I took the bread for the crust but then I didn't want to throw away the rest of the bread since there are millions of kids in Africa who are dying of starvation, so I ate it instead of feeding it to the ant colony.
AND I GOT OFFERED WORK EXPERIENCE! By my asian sketching teacher.. but it's a work exp nevertheless so if I don't find anywhere then I'll prolly end up going there.
